The Opportunity:
- Working as a Customer Support Coordinator, you will manage all of the operational aspects following a kitchen sale
- You will play a key role in the customers journey, welcoming people in the store
- The opportunity will include placing kitchen orders, chasing orders and keeping the customer up to date with delays and progresses
- Aa customer support, you will coordinate the installation team alongside with the customer to ensure a seamless transition
- This opportunity is multifaceted and will enable you to gain valuable exposure to many aspects of a kitchen manufacturing business
