The Opportunity:
- As a Business Development Manager, you will ensure the company reaches its growth ambitions!
- You will work closely with the company’s Showroom Managers ensuring they have all of the relevant support to grow their business
- The opportunity is almost a cross of business advisor as well as a generator of business
- Your role as Business Development Manager will mainly be working closely with circa 15-20 individual retail stores, you will help the managers with KPI setting, sales tracking, sales training and full development of their stores
- Monday – Friday opportunity only!
The Successful Candidate:
- Solid sales experience
- A background in kitchens would be highly advantageous
- Business acumen is essential, full understanding of P&L and the pitfalls of running a business
- Exceptional attention to detail and exceptional admin skills (Microsoft office)
- Professional attitude is key
