The Opportunity:
- As Retail and Operations Manager, you will be the first point of contact for the clients in the showroom
- You will treat this role as your own business from day one, make all of the necessary decisions as any Showroom Manager would!
- You will be managing and working with a small team of other talented designers and sales professionals
- You will be managing multiple projects at any one time ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout.
- This is a genuine opportunity to work with the company and have the opportunity to take ownership of the store and become a franchisee
- The role will involve both showroom based sales as well as home visits to measure and design
- Monday – Friday however, some Saturday working could be required.
The Successful Candidate:
- Solid sale experience
- ANY background considered however, preference given to those that have worked with the general public before
- Ambitious, wanting to run your own business!
- Exceptional attention to detail and exceptional admin skills (Microsoft office)
- Professional attitude is key
