The Opportunity:
- Working as an Assistant Showroom Manager within a busy retail showroom specialising in a vast range of high-end tiles, natural stone and flooring products
- Managing the daily retail sales for the showroom, supporting the Manager and growing the business
- Establish relationships with all customers, meet, greet, showcase the products and sell!
- Build a strong relationship with everyone and grow the business in the region
- Working Monday to Saturday on a 5 day working rota
The Successful Candidate:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales success
- Background in any luxury showroom-based sales is perfect
- Experience in luxury sales, interiors, furniture, KBB, Tiles, Flooring would be excellent but not essential
- Senior sales is key, someone ready to take a step into a management role
- The role is all about the person! They are very open to various backgrounds
- Driven, motivated and ambitious
- Team player is key!
