The Opportunity:
- Working as a Showroom Manager within a busy retail showroom specialising in a vast range of high-end tiles, natural stone and flooring products
- Managing the daily retail sales for the showroom along with a small team of salespeople
- Managing the entire running of the store whilst following the guidelines given by the Directors
- Establishing excellent relationships with all customers, meet, greet, showcase the products and sell!
- Build a strong relationship with everyone and grow the business in the region
- Working Monday to Sunday on a 5 day working rota
The Successful Candidate:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales success
- Background in any showroom-based sales is perfect
- Experience in luxury sales, interiors, furniture, KBB, Tiles, Flooring would be excellent but not essential
- Showroom Management is key
- The role is all about the person! They are very open to various backgrounds
- Driven, motivated and ambitious
- Team player is key!
