The Opportunity:
- Working as a Showroom Manager within a busy retail showroom specialising in a vast range of luxury interior products
- As Showroom Manager, you will manage the daily retail sales for the showroom along with a small team of salespeople
- Managing the entire running of the store whilst following the guidelines given by the Directors
- Establishing excellent relationships with all customers, meet, greet, showcase the products and sell.
- Build a strong relationship with everyone as the Showroom Manager and grow the business in the region
- Working Monday to Sunday on a 5 day working rota, days will be set and decided by the Showroom Manager
The Successful Candidate:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales success
- Background in any showroom-based sales is perfect
- Showroom Management experience
- Experience in luxury sales, interiors, furniture, KBB, Tiles, Flooring would be excellent but not essential
- Showroom Management or senior sales/ Team Leader/ Assistant Showroom Manager experience
