The Opportunity:

  • As the company’s Head of Customer Services and Technical, you will be managing the businesses process thoroughly!
  • Managing a team of 12 people and all divisions such as order processing, Customer Services, Technical Services and administration
  • The role is very data and process driven, all about making and implementing change
  • You will be managing an established team, motivating, setting of KPI’s and creating new ways for the company to achieve its objectives!
  • This position is all about management, leading, developing and creating a new buzz in the team with new processes and streamlining all procedures.

The Successful Candidate:

  • PRODUCT based SENIOR level Customer Services Manager experience
  • The role is senior board level, reporting to the MD of the business, so experience at this level is essential
  • Commercial acumen with outstanding communication and management skills
  • Energy, dynamism, focus and determination are key for the success in this position
  • Excellent business acumen, able to win people over and present at senior level
