The Opportunity:

  • Working in the Purchase Ledger department
  • Working with all departments to ensure accurate recording of Purchase Ledger
  • Manage all processes on the phone or face to face in the office
  • Managing all internal CRM and recording of payments using Excel


The Successful Candidate:

  • Proven administration within a fast-paced sales administration or general administration role
  • Experience/ exposure within a Purchase Ledger environment
  • Excellent Microsoft experience
  • Ability to act fast and prioritise all workloads
  • Outstanding communication skills
