As a Customer Services Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company’s extensive client base. You will deal directly with clients over the phone resolving any technical/ customer issue and resolving them. The business sell their products to a variety of manufacturers across the UK, therefore your role will be varied from day to day. Part of your role will include add on sales and up-selling different products however, this is not a pro-active sales role.
The Successful Candidate:
- Excellent Customer Services skills
- ANY technical experience would be beneficial, either mechanical, industrial or electrical
- Analytical mind, able to resolve issues in a calm manner
- Someone confident, outgoing and a solid problem solver
- Excellent communication skills and able to multitask and prioritise workloads.
